Our most asked question by far!
The cost of our park models varies depending on the series you choose, the upgrades, etc. However, the base pricing for each series is as follows:
Frontier Series: $112,720 (CDN)
Manor Series: $104,210 (CDN)
Resort Series: $136,340 (CDN)
Black Diamond Series: $204,790 (CDN)
*** Base pricing does not include taxes, delivery, installation or skirting.
It depends.
If you buy a stock model, we can have it delivered and installed in as little as 30 days, and usually within 60 days.
If you buy a custom model, it will most likely take 4-5 months.
The short answer to that would be “A Lot”.
There are almost too many to list here, but the main park model upgrades would include:

We’ve made our payment schedule as simple and transparent as possible:
You Pay 25% Of The Total Purchase Price Once The Order Is Confirmed
You Pay Another 25% Of The Remaining Total 90 Days Prior To Delivery Date
You Pay The Remaining 50% Upon Delivery Of Your Park Model

All park models homes come with a five (5) year factory warranty from delivery.

Yes.
A floorplan can be increased to a maximum of 540 sq ft.
Our Frontier Series Models come fully furnished.
For all other models, we offer furniture as an optional upgrade that is scaled to fit and designed to look amazing in those spaces.
Some models are, however the majority of models are considered to be 3-season units (spring summer, fall).
If you’re looking for a year-round modular home, please contact us for details.
We’ll service clients right across Canada, although the majority of our customers are located in Ontario.
Your location isn’t an obstacle for us and we’re happy to work with you wherever you are situated.
This question comes up a lot as we’re often asked if we know of campgrounds / parks with vacancies.
Sadly, there’s no general provincial list being maintained that outlines openings, but we do know of parks with openings that we gladly suggest to clients.
We exclusively partner with General Coach Canada, a well-established, family-owned and trusted company that has been around for years.
